Ultrasound is the most efficient and cost effective method of removing Carbon ,oil, rust ,build-up dirt.

Specailly for Aniox roller cleaning:
1. Middle holding wheel frame flexible adjustable
2. With Rotating Function, bearing: max 25kg
3. With 1 set of transmission device, main modules are support module, transmission module and power module.
4. In the support module, a set of support seats are installed on both sides of the tank, one of which can be moved, and the other set of support seats are fixed.
5. Install the transmission module on the fixed support base, install the rolling bearing, gear and chain made of nylon material.
6. A gear is installed on the motor in the power module, the gear drives the chain, and the chain acts on the nylon rolling bearing in the transmission module.
Dirt and oil could be removed in a short time by using the strong cavitation of ultrasound.
Time is adjustable among 1 second to 500 hours by simple handle of large timer.
Additional for small parts cleaning specially and drainage for changing of cleaning solution.
Standard residual-current circuit breaker: used for testing leakage power. And keeping moving of machine and cutting of power switch.
